☾・General T.O.S
・Upon Commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my T.O.S and are over the age of 18. [ I do not work with minors ]
・ Do not commission me without an existing, clear character reference. Don’t have one? Order a design, need to sit with me during the design process will involve a consultation fee.
・T.O.S CHANGES My T.O.S can be subject to change at any given time. New problems always arise and have to be dealt with and terms get updated.
☾・Payment
・Pay in full before starting a new client. Existing clients can wait for the skin to be completed for approval before payment only.
・IMVU Credits, SL Linden, Paypal (unless otherwise specified) in USD
・ Rushed order? You will be charged a rush fee for a quicker completion time.
☾・Cancellations and Refunds
・ I hold the right to refuse any commission for any reason and not disclose my reason. This includes any unprofessional, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior.
・You hold the right to a refund. However, money will be deducted based on work completed. 3-6 month minimum wait before a refund request. No Refunds after work completion. Any attempt to charge back/scam me will be retaliated against with reporting/blacklisting/blocking.
・ I will not copy someone else’s work or character. If found guilty of ordering one, I will blackout my IMVU fur-set and you won’t be refunded! (NO POKEMON, NO DISNEY CHARACTERS, NO FAN-BASED CHARACTERS)
☾・Rights Reserved
・I reserve the right for commercials, advertisement, show-casing (wearing), and styling for images.
・I retain the right to use any and all images produced, that includes the image. Including producing/selling prints, patron exclusives, tutorials, portfolios, and/or posting to my social media/galleries.
・Please do not copy/redistribute, trace, edit, or claim my work as your own.
・Please do not screenshot unfinished work. If I'm streaming your custom and you screenshot my flat texture of your commission I will assume you're trying to steal textures. I will not work with anyone that does this.
・Please credit me upon posting/reposting my designs/work.
☾・ Designs
・ Credit me upon reposting my designs/work.
・ Do not sell for a higher value without art included. (profiting off my work)
・ Please do not use my designs for harmful means or behaviors (racism, homophobic, pedophilic, etc.) however once sold it is your design and I will not be held liable.
・ Rehomed/Sold the design, keep me credited and informed on who owns my designs, please. [Easily done on Toyhou.se]
・Gifted designs are to not be sold for any type of currency. If you are giving them away to others, please inform me.
☾・ IMVU TEXTURES
・NO resell/distribution rights.
・Cash Payments only.
・Credit me for my work and do not claim them as your own.
・Tell me what you want, dislike, and like. I can better process your texture order if you communicate with me about your desired outcome.
